Start where you are and incorporate small changes into your busy life to support the shift to a life-affirming society.

In progress: PP: the idea is to have a list of simple things that people can do to support based on roles they play (cook, educator, student, etc.) There would be more tiles than this. They also link to EcoCiv's strategies: Understand-expand the Overton window, Connect--be the connective tissue; Support--helping access resource. The "cook" tiles are from two different versions of the list. The first is more global North, modern; the other is more generic, it could easily include the Global South and less modern societies. Which of the two "Cooks" do you prefer?

Have you ever wondered how you can help create a world that is kinder, fairer, and healthier for everyone? Where to begin! Here is a list of things you can do that fit into your everyday activities. This isn't about arriving with answers or a superpower to hand out. Much of what the world needs right now isn't a fix — it's people willing to sit with what's uncertain, hard, or unfinished, and to stay present anyway. It's mutual: in every exchange below, you're not just the one who understands, connects, or supports. You're also being taught.

You don't need money, a title, a car, or an institution behind you. What helps is attention, some time, and a willingness to not have all the answers. Something more than any individual effort starts to grow.
